At Global Container Core, we are committed to providing accurate information about our products and ensuring that customers understand the condition and specifications of goods before completing a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made from Global Container Core are final and non-refundable. Once payment has been made and the order has been confirmed, customers cannot request a refund or cancellation. Except for cases where containers are damaged upon delivery and it ranges whithin 7 days of delivery

2. Liquidation & Clearance Goods

Many of our products may be sold as liquidation, clearance, surplus, or used goods. Such products may have cosmetic imperfections, signs of previous use, wear and tear, or other characteristics consistent with their condition.

Customers are responsib for reviewing the available product information and asking any necessary questions before making a purchase.

3. No Returns

Global Container Core does not accept returns or exchanges after a purchase has been completed. Customers are encouraged to inspect goods, where applicable, before accepting delivery or completing the transaction.

4. Product Condition

Liquidation and clearance products are sold in their available condition. Minor defects, cosmetic damage, variations, or signs of use that are consistent with the disclosed condition of the product do not qualify for a refund or return.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an item is materially different from the product that was ordered or there is an issue caused by an error on the part of Global Container Core, customers should contact us promptly with details and supporting photographs. Any resolution will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Customer Responsibility

By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they have reviewed the product description and understand that the purchase is subject to this No Refund / No Return Policy.

7. Acceptance of Policy

Completion of a purchase constitutes acceptance of the terms of this Refund & Return Policy.

Global Container Core reserves the right to update this policy when necessary.
